Refund policy

Our return policy allows you 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged items and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (for example food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (for example cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you are unsure whether a product is eligible for return, please contact us before purchasing.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement product is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you want.

14-day cooling-off period (EU)
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without having to provide justification. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within 10 business days using your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
