1. Delivery times
Shipments are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days from order confirmation, unless otherwise specified on the product page. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and the chosen shipping method and will be shown at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size of the parcel, and delivery address. Any additional charges will be communicated to the customer before payment.

Luna Bags provides a tracking number for every shipment, allowing the customer to monitor the delivery status. Luna Bags is not liable for delays caused by unforeseeable events or by third parties (couriers, customs, etc.).
