Terms and conditions of service

1. Scope of application

   These Terms govern the use of the Luna Bags website and the purchase of the products offered on it. By browsing the site or placing an order, you fully accept these conditions.

2. Registration and account

   Access to reserved features requires registration with accurate and truthful data. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities carried out through your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts in case of misuse or violations.

3. Catalogue, prices and VAT

   Product descriptions are intended to be accurate; however, non-substantial discrepancies may occur. Prices are shown in Euro and, unless otherwise specified, are exclusive of VAT, with VAT displayed in the subsequent stages of the order. We may change prices and offers at any time without prior notice, without affecting prices already applied to confirmed orders.

4. Orders and acceptance

   Sending an order constitutes a purchase offer. The order is deemed accepted when we explicitly confirm it (by email) or when we start processing it. We reserve the right to refuse orders, for example in case of unavailability, incomplete data, or suspected fraud.

5. Availability and shipping

   Product availability may change over time. Shipping times and costs are communicated during the ordering process. The risk of loss passes to the carrier upon delivery, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections provided by law.

6. Payments

   The website does not provide online payments. Payment methods (for example bank transfer, payment on delivery, etc.) are agreed with the customer during the ordering process.

7. Returns, refunds and right of withdrawal

   The conditions set out on the “Refunds policy” page apply and are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms.

8. Statutory warranty of conformity

   Statutory warranty rights for consumers remain unaffected, and for business customers the warranties provided by the Italian Civil Code apply. In the event of a lack of conformity, please contact us promptly.

9. Liability

   To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

10. Intellectual property

    Trademarks, logos, texts, images and other content on the site are protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorised use is prohibited.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, jurisdiction lies with the court of their place of residence or domicile. For business customers, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Court of Florence.

12. Changes

    We may periodically update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or in applicable regulations. Any changes will apply to orders placed after the updated version is published on the website.
